Cancelation Policy

Due to the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our relaxing treatments. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests.

Please allow at least 24 hours notice for cancellation to avoid being charged in full. Appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 100%.

Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment, full payment for the reduced time is expected.
Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy.

Consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after particular spa treatments such as injectables and facials is not recommended.

All spa guests must be 14 years of age or older. 14 and under are accommodated on special spa dates with parents accompanying minors.

Gift Certificates are nonrefundable however, they are transferable to someone else. A "no show" on a Gift certificate is considered used. All sales are final for gift certificates.
